And consider this: the success of any organization is directly dependent on its people and their ability to work together as a team. In this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of HR management including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, selecting, on-boarding, leadership and other topics central to creating and managing the ideal team. This course is designed for the students to meet regularly during live synchronous learning in an online virtual classroom (Zoom).
