JMSB Career Management Services

The philosophy of Career Management Services (CMS), which is based in the John Molson School of Business, seeks to enable students to effectively apply career management principles. CMS also aims to build and sustain productive relationships with our partners in the business community.

Our business model emphasizes the application of modern career management principles to differentiate our students. We proactively coach our students to enhance the skill sets that increase their confidence and abilities to manage their brand of talent towards attractive career opportunities, both now and in the future. We build sustainable business partner relationships with the business community in Quebec, Canada, and abroad. We develop key strategic alliances with our alumni community, our faculty members, our JMSB executive, other Concordia University Career Management / CO-OP centres, and business schools across Canada.

CMS is proud to offer an extensive variety of career management services to all current John Molson School of Business (JMSB) students and alumni. Users of our services are expected to adhere to professional standards of conduct at all times, as these interactions reflect upon the reputation of the JMSB and CMS. By adhering to the Principles of Professional Conduct framework, you will have access to our services and a rewarding career management process. As well, our clients will fully appreciate this approach as it clearly demonstrates the professionalism that exists with the JMSB community.
