This session is for Engineering and Computer Science students and grads seeking greater effectiveness at professional networking! A challenge we face is networking professionally in a highly digital age. Employers consistently say that while candidates have the requisite technical skills, less obvious are those skills for communicating with others. While technology is supposed to make our lives easier, it sometimes gets in the way of creating relationships that help us to get a foot in the door. What strategies can we apply to network and grow in our careers?
