Information systems

Our key goals are:

  • Support all HR employees in the use of the Human Resource Information System by:
    • Recommending the use of functionalities to simplify processes;
    • Working in collaboration with IITS, the HRIS team analyzes key features and functionalities to be tested, then deployed;
    • Working with all sectors of Human Resources to create queries, reports, and analyzing data.
  • Maintaining data security and integrity by:
    • Managing user accounts for all employees who access the HRIS system;
    • Validating data to ensure data integrity;
    • Managing restricted access to folders and databases.
  • Management and updates to the HR web content in addition to effectively coordinating web development.
