Perform research on the design of protein-inhibitor drug molecules against the CoV-SARS-2 virus using integrated de novo drug design and artificial intelligence, pharmacophore modeling, density-functional theory and molecular dynamics simulations, biological networks analysis to elucidate pathological mechanisms. Contribute intellectually to the project, assist in student supervision, participate actively and take a leading role in research dissemination in the form of conference presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Research Associate in Computer-Aided Vaccine Development

Perform research on the development of a vaccine against COVID-19 using computational and reverse vaccinology, bioinformatics, molecular modeling, proteinprotein docking, and molecular dynamics simulations. Contribute intellectually to the project, assist in student supervision, participate actively and take a leading role in research dissemination in the form of conference presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
