INITIATIVES

We develop co-created and tailored solutions to overcome barriers

Within our initiatives, we implement the most innovative ideas and solutions and apply the latest research knowledge and technologies to pilot projects demonstrating the best practices for livable, zero-carbon communities and neighbourhoods.

“Our public spaces are often sterile and congested with cars. We build brand new high-tech buildings where most people cannot afford to live. Neighbourhoods and cities of the future should be more than smart — they need to be places where people can live and thrive.”
