Mandate
The Data Management Services and Process (DMSP) is responsible for coordinating business process initiatives, including process development and identification of potential opportunities and efficiencies. It is also responsible for supporting Financial Services in all system related operations including; administration, implementation, maintenance, security, training and upgrades.
The department aims to align all aspects of Financial Services to promote business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.
Other responsibilities also include; support for banking services and compliance, projects and, to act as a primary liaison between Financial Services and other service units.
