Improving sleep to protect brain health in adults aged 60 and over

Study overview

Over the course of this project, you will be asked to complete modules on a platform called e-SPACE that will teach you strategies aiming at fostering good sleep quality and better mental health. You will also complete questionnaires on your life habits, quizzes, at-home sleep assessments for us to follow your progression in learning strategies aiming at improving your sleep and mental health.

Participants wanted

  • Men and women, aged 60 and older
  • Have internet access at home
  • Living in Quebec or Ontario
  • Have sleep and memory complaints and be interested in improving your sleep
  • Or have no sleep or memory difficulty
