Raul Valverde holds an habilitation to supervise research in Information Technology and Project Management from the University of Quebec at Outaouais, a Doctorate in Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland, a Post MBA from McGill University,a  MSc in Accounting and Financial Management with specialization in Supply Chain Finance from the University of the West of England, a MSc in Supply Chain and logistics Management from Camilo Jose Cela University, a MEng in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, a graduate certificate in Neuro Marketing from Nabrija University and a graduate certificate in Computer Security from Stanford University. He is a Senior Lecturer with Concordia University and a Research Professor with the University of Quebec at Outaouais where he supervises research in information technology and supply chain operations management. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in information technology, mathematical modeling, financial analysis and programming. He is certified in Operations Research, certified in Neuroeconomics, certified project manager, certified in forensics and ERPSim. He is also a professional engineer with the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association.


 

Dr Valverde's main research interests include Supply Chain Systems, Risk Management, Project Management,Neural Computing and NeuroIS.
