Improved way to access Banner services.
On December 3, 2018, Banner users will notice a new shortcut on their desktops called Banner. Offered by Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS), this shortcut will provide users with an improved, browserless way of accessing Banner, eliminating common errors related to Java and browser versions.
To access Banner production, open the new desktop shortcut and select Banner_BEER. If the Banner shortcut doesn’t automatically appear, contact the Service Desk at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays.
