Concordia offers several ways to get support depending on your situation—whether you need to submit a request, get urgent classroom help, visit a service centre, or plan an event.

Fill out the web form to request IT support from the team at the Service Desk. The form is designed to gather the right details up front so we can provide faster, tailored support.
Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive an automated email with your ticket number. You can use this email to check the status of your request or follow up.
