Liliana Berezowsky completed both her B.F.A. and M.F.A. at Concordia University. She has exhibited extensively and has sculptures in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada, the Quebec Museum, the Musée des beaux-arts du Montréal, the Musée d'art contemporain du Montréal, as well as several other museums across Canada. In Quebec she has executed various public outdoor commissions.

Her earlier work, monumental in scale, was based on the industrial landscape and the machine. Then came a series of smaller sculptures based on found objects and relating to an interior space. Currently she is working on both large and small pieces using non-traditional materials. Since 1988 she has taught in Concordia's Sculpture and Painting & Drawing programs.
