Long-term summer accommodation is only available to students and you will need to email proof of student status before making a reservation (student ID, letter of enrollment etc). Rooms are available to any student studying at an institute of higher education, and are not limited just to Concordia University.
We offer two room types:
Single without sink $28 per night

Single with sink $30 per night

Double occupancy with sink $52 per night

IMPORTANT FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS: You must find your own room-mate and are equally responsible to ensure the full rent is paid each month.
No taxes payable on stays of 30 nights or longer
All rooms include:
- Shared bathroom facilities
- Common lounge areas with kitchenette (microwave, toaster and kettle)
- Shared kitchen
- Unlimited high-speed Wifi
- All utilities
- 24-hour security
- Access to laundry facilities (payable)
Important notes
- Rooms are located in a specific part of Grey Nuns where long-term guests are separated from short-term or overnight guests.
- Bedding, linens and fans are NOT provided and cleaning is limited to common areas only.
- Overnight guests are not permitted.
- One month’s rent to be paid in full by credit card or cash at the beginning of your stay. Additional nights must be paid for in full, in advance.
- All rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 18, 2024.
- You will be asked to sign a registration card and code of living on arrival, agreeing to abide by the rules of the residence. Additional charges will apply for breakages, repairs and cleaning costs if the room is not returned in good order.
To make a reservation
- Email your proof of student status to longtermstays@concordia.ca to receive the booking code.
- Got to the BOOK NOW button at the top of this page.
- Enter your reservation dates (minimum 30 nights)
- Click DO YOU HAVE A GROUP CODE
- Enter code
- Click search and choose the room you require
- Complete the reservation process.
