Health Research & Healthcare Management
A collaboration between two world-renowned institutions
The John Molson Executive Centre and the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI MUHC) present Focus on Health Research and Healthcare Management, a four-day, three-module program for trainees (graduate students, postdoctoral and research fellows), researchers, and healthcare practitioners affiliated with the RI-MUHC.
The courses, expert faculty, and use of interactive methods, provide the learner with the frameworks, perspective and strategies for dealing with different aspects of the complex health research and care environment. The program provides trainees and health researchers a unique opportunity to participate to world-class management training that will enhance their ability to manage conflict and negotiation, handle the differing demands of their work, and develop greater resiliency.
