Overview

This course will present how to use Polarity Thinking™. This is a straightforward and insightful way to understand and succeed in mastering some of life’s most complex problems by tapping into the power of healthy tension. Embracing this fresh and powerful win-win approach will allow teams and leaders to move from mediocrity to greatness.

Tim Arnold

Tim Arnold has spent over two decades helping organizations leverage polarities and manage complexity, with clients that include Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Toyota, Siemens Westinghouse, and The United Nations.

Beyond executive development, he oversees community outreach programs serving migrant workers and international development partnerships in Ecuador, Uganda, Rwanda, Nicaragua and Indonesia.

Arnold’s areas of expertise are Polarity Thinking™, team building, leadership development and experiential learning.
