EmPath
Prior to the launch of UNITY, EmPath was Concordia’s Human Resources’ (HR) payroll system which was used until November 21, 2022. EmPath has been replaced by UNITY, an integrated SAP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Finance Information System (FIS) solution. The following four (4) systems make up the HRIS: My HR (SAP SuccessFactors), My Time (WorkForce Software), Payroll (SAP S4/HANA) and Seniority/Labour Relations (Sodales Solutions). Employees hired before November 21, 2022 can continue to view their legacy pay stubs within EmPath.
For a brief transitional period since the launch of UNITY, EmPath continues to be used only to process awards/bursaries for students as well as certain cheque requisitions and honoraria. These charges are reflected within UNITY via manual journal entries.
Who can use it?
Authorized staff from Human Resources, Provost Office, and certain departmental administrators.

EmPath users can access the application at: https://apex.concordia.ca/emPath70/HrLogin.aspx
To access EmPath, you must enter your netname and password (same as Carrefour). For more information, visit the Netname account management page.
Go to the ‘view reports’ screen, select the appropriate file name and right-click. A drop-down menu appears with three choices: view, delete, download. Select ‘download’; you’ll have a choice of Open, Save or Cancel.
