Step 3: Apply for available opportunities

Did you find a position that interests you? You can apply in just a few minutes using your Concordia Careers profile. Click on Apply, add a cover letter and, if required, answer any additional questions. After applying, you will receive a notification that your application has been successfully received.

What to expect after submitting your application

Check your email and the Job Management section on your profile to monitor the status of your application.

The Concordia Talent team will start reviewing applicants after the job posting has closed.

Step 4: Pre-interview

If you are selected for an interview, the status in your candidate profile will be updated and you will receive two notifications:

  1. A request for additional information such as references, a declaration of relationship and copies of relevant diplomas.

  2. A request to select an interview slot. You will be able to select the time slot that best suits you on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that some departments may choose to contact you directly to schedule your interview. In this case, you will receive only the first notification.

Step 5: Post-interview and pre-employment assessments

If additional interviews are required, you will receive similar notifications to book interview time slots.

If you are one of the preferred candidates, Concordia’s Talent team will contact you to schedule, if required, pre-employment assessments such as computer and language tests, scenario testing or fitness for duty.

At this step, the Talent team will also proceed with verifying provided references.

Step 6: Offer letter

Congratulations! If you reached this step, you have been selected for the position you applied for. The Talent team will reach out to discuss the offer and any additional details.

You will receive the offer on your candidate profile to sign and approve.
