Difficult emotions like anger, sadness, fear, and shame sit at the heart of almost every challenging experience. How well do you understand and work with your difficult emotions? This group will provide you with new ways to understand and respond to these emotions and create new opportunities.  Participants will learn how to actively change the way they respond to their distressing emotions by developing emotion regulation skills, cognitive techniques to manage your self-talk, practical strategies, coping tools, and your emotional safety plan.

Participants must contact one of the facilitators for a short screening before signing up for this group.

* NB: Attendance will be set as of the first session, following which the group will be closed. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions.
