We provide individual and group psychotherapy and personal counselling, as well as outreach and consultation, to the Concordia community. To get a better understanding of what to expect in the counselling process, meet the counsellors.
Counselling & Psychological Services
Counselling and Psychological Services is serving students with follow-up appointments by phone. Your counsellor will contact you through email to make arrangements. Single Session Clinics and Walk-In Appointments are cancelled until Concordia campuses re-open.
For immediate support, all Concordia students can connect with qualified counsellors, consultants, and life coaches for a variety of issues through Empower Me. Services are available 24/7 and are delivered in-person, by telephone, by video-counselling, or by e-counselling.
