Take a little time to unwind, refresh and stretch. This course is open specifically for seniors 55 years and older.
Classes start January 19, 2016, and last 10 weeks.
Classes have between 6 and 20 participants and are held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. They cost $150 for one class per week for the whole ten weeks, or $300 for classes twice weekly. Taxes not included.
