How can we address sexual violence in our social lives? Concordia's Sexual Assault Resource Centre is offering an interactive presentation that will give you practical tools on how to safely and effectively intervene if you witness or hear of sexual violence using scenarios that reflect student life.

About the speaker

The presentation will be given by Julie Lalonde who opened the student-run, university funded Carleton Sexual Assault Centre in 2013, and she developed and now manages the draw-the-line.ca bystander intervention campaign. She is also the director and founder of the Ottawa chapter of an international organization dedicated to ending street harassment, and is a support worker at the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Ottawa.
