Whether we run, cycle, do yoga, karate, ski, work out in the gym or participate in any other form of exercise, for many of us this activity is more than physical. It connects us to ourselves and the world beyond us. Feeling our heart pump, our muscles tighten or our skin sweat reminds us of our full humanity. Come and explore the spiritual side of exercise!
Please wear comfortable clothes and running shoes, as we will engage in some light physical activity.
