Prof. Jing Hu on Future Cities
Prof. Jing Hu will share plans on developing sustainable urban transformation stategies, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of fellow expert cities researchers. Led by the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Smart, Sustainable and Resilient Communities and Cities Ursula Eicker, the group of researchers will gather at 4th Space for a series of public events this month, including a PechaKucha conversation on Friday, November 15, 2019.
The exhibition and discussion will address the future of sustainable cities from different perspectives, including engineering, biology, design, and philosophy. The goal is to initiate a lively debate by tackling major urban challenges.
Prof. Jing Hu is Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Concordia University.
