Join us for a weekly energy-boost at the Multi-faith and Spirituality Center. 

Members of the Concordia Community are welcome to drop-in for the drum circles, led by peer representatives from the Multi-faith an Spirituality Center and the Mindful Campus Initiaitive.

(No Drumming Experience Needed)

Accessiblity information:

Access to the Z Annex is via a flight of exterior stairs.  All gender washrooms are located on the 2nd floor and in the basement. Access via the basement (5 exterior stairs) is possible on request.  Service animals are welcome.  Please contact mfsc@concordia.ca with any questions or accessibility needs.
