Stress is a part of life! Learning to manage it is an essential life skill. In this workshop, you will learn how stress affects your body and will identify the causes and signs of your stress. You will discover a variety of effective stress management strategies that include relaxation techniques, problem-solving strategies, and cognitive strategies.
