Sexual Assault Resource Centre support group

The Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC) will be hosting a support group for any Concordia members who have had an experience of sexual violence. Explore different subjects, such as sense-making and post-traumatic growth, and learn new coping skills and strategies for dealing with difficult emotions.

Elizabeth Jalbert-Marchand, SARC’s sexology intern, will be co-facilitating the support group meetings with one of the SARC social workers.

Registration is optional but appreciated. Send an email to SARC to sign up.

This is an open group, which means you can come to as many or as few sessions as you want.
