EPIC USED BOOK FAIR
In its 23 years, the Concordia EPIC Used Book Fair has raised more than $325K for students, while providing a new life for countless books.
The 2024 Used Book Fair raised a record $43K for Concordia students scholarships.
Donate
We accept book donations year-round.
Boxes of books — securely taped shut and labelled Concordia EPIC Used Book Fair – can be dropped off at the loading dock on either campus.
Small donations can be dropped off in the bin in the Hall Building on the mezzanine.
No books to give us? You donate directly to the scholarship fund!
Volunteer
The book fair engages teams from across Concordia, including Distribution and Transportation Services, Hospitality Concordia and Campus Safety and Prevention Services. About 75 additional people volunteer, many of them students, including members of the Concordia Stingers men’s rugby team.
During the year, volunteers stay busy sorting the many donations we get into categories for sale.

Pink book bin
For small donations, leave up to a dozen books in the pink book bin located on the Hall Building Mezzanine, at the foot of the upwards escalators.

Entrance on West Broadway north of Sherbrooke. Take laneway on the right just before the church, drive in, loading dock is on your right.

8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We cannot accept:
- Books that are in bad condition, damp or contain mildew
- Textbooks older than eight years — except for engineering textbooks
- Periodicals, journals or magazines — except for National Geographic
