Getting ready for the end of the academic year

Are you planning on finishing your degree and program requirements by the end of the Winter term? Don't forget to apply for graduation!

Apply for graduation

There's still some time to apply for the MA Economics! We do not require an Honours degree: students can be admitted with a Qualifying Program if they need more advanced economics background.

Watch our MA application video
Apply to the MA by February 1

For undergraduate students: prepare for the May 2026 annual assessment

Your assessment GPA is a calculation of grades for courses you have taken over an academic year (summer, fall and winter terms). The annual standard is 2.0 / 4.30.

If things were challenging this Fall, you still have time to improve your annual GPA in the Winter before the May 2026 assessment!

For graduate students: term assessment

The academic progress of graduate students is assessed at the end of every term. The requirements are program-specific.
