About us

Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) is Concordia University’s central IT unit, supporting the digital environment that enables teaching, learning, research and university operations.

We work for you

Working with faculty, researchers, staff and students across the institution, IITS combines technical expertise with a people-first approach to create human-centred digital experiences that make technology easier to use and more effective for the people behind the screen.

What we do

Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) provide the infrastructure, applications and support that keep the university connected and running smoothly. To that end:

  • We design, deliver and support the core digital services that enable day-to-day operations and future innovation, from classroom and research technologies to enterprise systems and user support.
  • In close partnership with academic and administrative units, we focus on practical, reliable solutions that reduce complexity to help the university realize their mission of teaching, learning, research and collaboration.
