Millennium financial reporting
Millennium Financial Reporting supports reporting functions from Concordia’s Financial System including operating statements, balance sheets, trial balances, financial statements, and transaction details.
Only authorized faculty or staff with the financial management role can request access and use this service.

There is no cost associated with this service.
How to get it
- A request for permissions can be made to the Business Process Office of Financial Services using the request form. Only Concordia faculty and staff will have access to the request form. For more information, see the related FAQ.
- Access to Millennium is available to authorized users under Financial services within the portal.
Weekly updates are performed on Tuesdays (Wednesdays in the case that the Tuesday is a statuatory holiday).
Millennium has built-in online help within the application itself.
The link to access Millennium is only shown to authorized users, and can be found under "Financial services" in the faculty & staff portal.
You can obtain information on your accounts through Millennium under MyConcordia portal > Faculty & Staff Services > Financial Services
To obtain access, fill out the Financial Services request form and return a signed copy to Financial Services, GM-710 with attention to BPO. Alternatively, send a request to email@example.com with a copy to the approver (account financial manager/principal investigator). Include the employee ID of the requestor and the account codes to which access should be given.
