- All requests for telephone and fax services must be submitted to the Service Desk by your departmental VoIP Coordinator.

FAQ
If the fax machine itself is causing problems, please contact your service provider/vendor. If you suspect that the host line is causing problems contact the Service Desk at x 7613 or help@concordia to submit a repair ticket. A Voice Services technician will make a site visit to test and repair the line.
Most fax lines are programmed with long distance access.
