Design student wins Applied Arts award

Congratulations to Gabor Bata, who recently won an Applied Arts Student Award.

According to the Applied Arts website, 2015 saw a record number of entries with participation not only from Canada but internationally. Keep an eye out for Bata's work in the November/December 2015 Student Awards annual publication, online in the Applied Arts Winners' Gallery and in the Awards Archive.

Winning work also gets displayed at the Winners' Exhibit during the Creative Futures Expo, November 17-18 in Toronto at the Ontario Science Centre. More than 1,500 aspiring creative artists, high school students and their teachers will see the work.
