The government of Quebec is planning drastic cuts to all public services. After cutting $172 million from higher education, and the effects of these cuts are already being felt by faculty, staff, and students across the university. The government is planning on slashing even more from our post-secondary institutions.

The goal of our Town Hall event is to create a forum to discuss the effects of, and potential solutions to, the recent and forecasted cuts to public services that Quebecers depend on: cégeps and universities, healthcare, childcare, pensions, and many more. Come and share your ideas so we can work toward a more constructive means of addressing government cuts and compressions.
