Concordia has begun the hiring process for a new dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, and your input matters.

The search committee has drafted a position profile to provide potential candidates with a clear understanding of what Concordia is seeking in a new dean. The profile will also guide the committee in evaluating candidates and making decisions.

Concordians are invited to review the position profile and send comments to Andrea Renaud at andrea.renaud@concordia.ca prior to September 27.

“Accurately defining the qualities that we would like to see in our senior academic leaders plays a fundamental role in shaping Concordia’s future,” says Anne Whitelaw, interim provost, who is chairing the search committee.

“Your comments on the position profile will help us to identify the ideal candidate to serve as the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts.”
