In the penultimate year of their Concordia contracts, senior administrators must inform the university when they wish to seek another term. If they do, the policy calls for an evaluation process.

In keeping with this, a committee chaired by Concordia’s president Alan Shepard has been established to evaluate the performance of Roger Côté in his role as vice-president of Services.

Members of the university community are invited to make brief written submissions to the committee to assist it in its work, using the evaluation themes and criteria as a guide.

The deadline to participate is Friday, December 16, 2016.

All comments must be signed or come from an identifiable email address. Comments submitted to the committee will be treated in the strictest confidence. Only the secretary and chair of the committee will be privy to the identity of the person submitting.

While the committee may wish to discuss the content of the submissions with Côté, the submissions themselves will not be communicated to him nor to anyone else.

The evaluation process is governed by the Concordia Board of Governors policy BD-8 concerning the evaluation of senior administrators.

To contribute to Concordia’s evaluation process of Roger Côté, vice-president of Services, submit your comments to committee secretary
Danielle Tessier no later than Friday, December 16.
