Responsible for the management and support of office, classroom, laboratory, cinema and audio/video technologies, Rondeau will ensure overall customer satisfaction for IT services. She will also be responsible for end-user support of the desktop environment through the services of the helpdesk and field support technicians.

“Mireille’s sound track record in establishing solid strategic alignments between business objectives and IT priorities — as well as her extensive experience in the transformation of major IT departments — makes her the perfect fit for this position,” says Denoncourt.

Rondeau joins Concordia after having served as CIO for the Business Development Bank of Canada for over 10 years. Leading a team of 150 employees and consultants and managing an annual budget of over $30 million, Rondeau was able to improve the company’s ability to meet its strategic and operational priorities by providing executives with guidance on new technologies.

Rondeau was also key in providing superior IT expertise within a variety of other enterprises, including Aeroplan, Cirque du Soleil and Montreal Trust.
