General Counsel recognizes work of departing Legal Counsel

Concordia’s General Counsel Frederica Jacobs wishes to express her thanks, on behalf of the Office of the General Counsel and the university, to Geneviève Desmarais, Legal Counsel, Employment and Labour Relations, who will be leaving her position shortly to pursue a new opportunity.

Geneviève Desmarais joined the University in January 2009 as Legal Counsel, Employment and Labour Relations. During her two-and-a-half years at Concordia, she has been a valued and respected colleague. Her professionalism and commitment to the university are well known.

She will be leaving the university at the end of September. A search for her successor is in progress.
