We are the champions

President Fred Lowy addressed several dozen guests who braved a snowstorm to attend the second annual Sustainability Champions gala held March 9 in the Loyola Chapel.

Martin Racine, who is a professor in the Department of Design and Computation Arts and founding member of Hexagram, received his award from Rhona Richman Kenneally, Chair of his department. She acknowledged Racine’s commitment to integrating sustainability principles into his teaching and research practice and assignments for many years.
