- The Montreal Gazette runs the second in a series of articles featuring the Stingers women's rugby team. This week: getting and staying in game-shape. The online piece includes a video clip featuring several team members as they work out in the gym. The Gazette plans to follow the team throughout the season.
- TVA Sports, writing about the latest happenings in the world of Quebec university football, reports on the Stingers football win over the McGill Redmen last Friday at the Concordia Stadium.
