Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:  

  • Concordia student Matthew Ramsay (history, political science), a sergeant with the Black Watch Canada army reserves, is featured in an interview with the Montreal Gazette for a piece marking Remembrance Day, 2017. The article is reprised by Canada.com and 24 365 News.
  • The Montreal Gazette, reporting that former Olympic hockey player Danielle Goyette has become the first Quebec woman to enter the Hockey Hall of Fame, quotes Stingers hockey player Claudia Dubois, who says Goyette is an idol of hers. The story is reprised by the Regina Leader-Post.
  • Le Journal de QuébecRDS and TVA Sports report that Stingers football player Khadeem Pierre has been named defensive recruit of the year by the Réseau du Sport Étudiant du Québec (RSEQ).
