McRae and Champagne examined electron behaviour within nanoelectronics and suggest new engineering possibilities to improve smart devices. Concordia alumni, James M. Porter (MSc 15, BSc 11) and Vahid Tayari (PhD 14) also collaborated on the study, published in the journal, Nature Communications.
