  • The Conversation Canada publishes an article featuring the investigative reporting project, 'The Price of Oil', involving journalism students at Concordia and Ryerson, led by Patti Sonntag, New York Times managing editor, visiting Concordia lecturer and Concordia alumna.  'The Price of Oil' focused on fracking and related operations at oil wells in Saskatchewan. The article includes links to news content, analysis and opinion generated through 'The Price of Oil'. The material is also found in the National Observer.
  • The Montreal Gazette (reprised by the Regina Leader-Post) reports that the Concordia Stingers baseball team lost to the McGill Redmen, 8-6, yesterday afternoon at the Canadian Collegiate Baseball Association national championship tournament in Fredericton.
