In March 2011, during Concordia University's Creative Arts Therapies week, Centre for the Arts in Human Development co-founder Stephen Snow and collaborator Maud Gendron-Langevin led a workshop entitled Exploring a New Model for Diversity Training Through Drama Therapy, Ethnodrama and Playback Theatre.

The workshop demonstrated an experiential process that examines now prejudices and stigmatization evolves in regards to a given group will be implemented through Drama Therapy and Playback Theatre methods. A model for research techniques will be explored in relation to a documentary film of a four-year Ethnodrama project at The Centre for the Arts in Human Development. Discussion of how this systemized methodology could be employed with diverse populations took place after the experiential and research components were also presented.
