Daniel Salée will present a brief at a public hearing next month

L'Écho Abitibien picks up an earlier report that Daniel Salée, professor in the School of Community and Public Affairs in the Faculty of Arts and Science,  will present a brief at public hearings next month of the Commission d’enquête sur les relations entre les Autochtones et certains services publics au Québec — the Viens Commission — announced following allegations of abuse of Indigenous women by Sûreté du Québec police officers in the Val-d'Or area.
