MIGS appoints new Senior Fellow: David Donat Cattin

The Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (MIGS) is delighted to announce the appointment of David Donat Cattin as a Senior Fellow.

David Donat Cattin is Adjunct Associate Professor of International Law at New York University (NYU) Center for Global Affairs. He is a member of the advisory councils of the Global Institute for the Prevention of Aggression (GIPA, New York) and the International Center for Multi-Generational Legacies of Trauma (ICMGLT, New York). He previously served as Secretary General of Parliamentarians for Global Action.

We are happy to welcome David Donat Cattin as Senior Fellow at MIGS. As an experienced human rights lawyer, he will bring a lot of expertise within global affairs, international law, and a deep commitment to advancing human rights, making him a valuable asset to the institute’s ongoing research initiatives and policy advocacy efforts.
