Bridget Huh, a queer Korean poet completing her undergraduate studies in the Department of English, has recently won first place in the Vallum 2023 Poetry Award with Touching the Verb.
"Being recognized by Vallum is an incredible honour that would not have been possible without the support of friends, family, and of course the wonderful poetry faculty at Concordia", says Bridget.
Bridget's poetry and criticism have appeared in or are forthcoming in Arc Poetry Magazine, PRISM International, The Ex-Puritan and Canthius.
