Join Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre, Counsellor, CU Wellness, and Jen Bourque, Chaplain and Coordinator, Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre, for a contemplative walk and play in the Luminotherapy installation at Place des Arts and the Quartier des Spectacles. Let's get outside, move our bodies and share sparks of joy in this often dark time of the year. Come dressed for the weather--we'll be outdoors rain, shine, snow or cold! Meet at 4:30 prompt at the Jeanne Mance exit of the Place-des-Arts Metro station.
