Do you have questions about funding in the arts? How does one get a grant? Where can one find support and resources to help with the writing process? What are the do’s and the don’ts?
Join us for a Q&A with the Canadian Council for the Arts, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, the Conseil des Art de Montréal, Telefilm, and SODEC as we try to demystify how public money for the arts is distributed, to whom, and for what.
This conversation will be preceded and followed by a tabling fair which will allow participants to ask more specific questions to the funding bodies and to discover other support organizations available to them in Montreal. Join the tabling fair to chat with staff from Art Volt, ARTCH, CJE, ELAN, La Machinerie, MAI, and Studio 303.
