Bill C-51, the Conservative government's recently proposed "Anti-terrorism Act," is among the new ways that Prime Minister Stephen Harper is trying to create a new conservative Canada. A new book by Brooke Jeffrey, associate professor in the Department of Political Science, called Dismantling Canada: Stephen Harper's New Conservative Agenda, is analyzing what is driving Harper's agenda.
