Holly Recchia, professor in the Department of Education and CRDH researcher, in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Utah, conducted a study on how mothers can help children understand moral issues. Their study found that how parents speak with their children about inappropriate behaviour helps to shape their moral growth. The research was featured in Medical News Today, The Health Site, The Times of India, Yahoo! News India, News R, News, Inagist, Wallstreeter and The Free Press Journal. The article also appears on The New Reddit Journal of Science.

Recchia's research was also featured in Psych Central, Health Canal, Science Newsline Psychology, The Times of India, The Jersey Tribune, The Business Standard, Med Blogs, Health News, Daily Me, Science Daily, Medical Xpress, AMEQ en ligne and The Municipal Information Network.
